The EMsig is the result of a long term collaboration by Ireland's "most talented" (Irish Music Magazine) Bodhrán player Eamon Murray and Christian Hedwitschak. The EMsig features a Lambeg skin, which has a bit more attack and can take the kind of high tension that is perfect for top-end-style players, especially for concert performance.

At the same time it has plenty of low end range and bass warmth to play sessions or acoustic.

Eamon Murray:

“For the last 10 years since I’ve been a professional, I’ve been dabbling with drums from German maker, Christian Hedwitschak. While I have played many drums over the years, I always keep coming back to the Hedwitschak drums.

For the last couple of years we have tried to develop an ‘Eamon Murray Signature model’ and after much development, countless mails and a few Bavarian beers, here it is…  The E.M Signature line.”
