Gift Vouchers

The gift certificates can be redeemed for all items in our shop.

After order and payment the voucher code is sent out to you via e-mail. After that, the code can be used in our shop at the checkout.

Unfortunately, we can't pay back cash, either of the full amount or parts of the amount. If the value of the ordered goods is less than the value of the gift certificate, you will get a new gift certificate with the difference.

Please note

Depending on your country of delivery, the amounts are slightly different in your country.

If you are outside the EU, you pay the price without German VAT, it’s price marked as “net” in the shop. The shop will deduct the VAT automatically, once it knows your address. The vouchers will have the net value.

Within the EU, your local VAT applies, e.g. a 30€ voucher will be a 30€ plus x voucher if the VAT in your country is higher than the German VAT.

In short: You get a voucher in the same amount that you end up paying :-)

Due to EU regulations, we need to charge the VAT of the country of your delivery address. If you are outside the EU, you pay the price without VAT. To see the right prices for your country, please choose your country of delivery here! If you want to change your country of delivery, you can do so later in the checkout process. If you do not choose a country here, you see the prices for Germany and the prices at checkout may differ if the country of delivery is not Germany. Orders to Northern Ireland, please use Northern Ireland as your country at checkout. Do not use UK. Thank you!
